Members: Your 12x12 space is free. You are required to pay 10% of your gross sales ($50 minimum) to the festival at the conclusion of the event.

Non-Members: $150 for a 12x12 space payable with your application. You are required to pay 10% of your gross sales to the festival at the conclusion of the event.

Spaces and Requirements: You are given a 12'x12' space only! You are responsible for supplying your own table, tents.... we do not supply anything for your area.

Tents: Your tent can be no larger than 12'x12' and must be secured by weights, sand bags (no sand off the beach) or 5 gallon buckets of water. Your tent must be set up and all vehicles off the road by 11:30am . Your tent must stay for the duration of the event and removed by 6:45pm.

Rubbish: You are required to remove all empty boxes and rubbish from your area. Barrels will be available for food trash on restaurant row and throughout the festival. Vendor trash can not be left on the street.

Check In/Check Out: You will receive a packet approximately one week before the festival with the info for checking in and out. You will enter the event via Wharf ave. and Nantasket Ave. Your car must then be parked off the street in a legal parking area. There is a free vendor parking area, but spaces for hire are available closer to the festival.

10% Payment: You will be supplied an envelope when you check in with your space assignment. Your 10% contribution must be turned in when you check out at the end of the festival. Please NO exceptions. We are happy to accept cash or your personal or business check. We rely on your donation!
